June 22, 2011 - PRESS RELEASE We have just returned from a very successful week in Europe where we attended Intersolar Europe 2011. The entire exhibition and conference drew around 77,000 visitors from 156 countries and was stocked with 2,280 exhibitors. We are pleased to announce that we have been able to reach agreement in principal with two companies as the next step in our strategy of combining German technology with Canadian skillsets to take advantage of the FIT program in Ontario and to plan for our first manufacturing facility. We will be able to formally announce the names of these companies in the near future. We are able to announce that we have our first solar products for the consumer. We expect to have project financing available this year and to complete this demonstration site by this time next year. Our strategy remains the same: 1.
